The Details

Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before booking. Booking a service confirms your agreement to these terms.

1 · Booking & deposits
  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to secure your slot.
  • Your appointment is only confirmed once the deposit is received.
  • The remaining balance is paid on the morning of your appointment, before the session begins (cash or transfer).
2 · Cancellations & rescheduling
  • Cancellations at least 72 hours before may transfer the deposit to a new date (one-time reschedule only).
  • Cancellations less than 72 hours before forfeit the deposit.
  • No-shows are charged the full service fee.
  • If Nicole's Glam cancels your appointment, your full payment is refunded.
3 · Late policy
  • A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed.
  • After 10 minutes, a £5 late fee applies.
  • After 20 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
  • If Nicole's Glam is late, you receive a 20% discount on your next booking.
4 · Travel & on-site services
  • For home/on-site bookings, a transport fee applies by location and is included in your package.
  • Please provide a clean, well-lit space for setup.
  • Clients must be ready on the artist's arrival. Unrelated delays (e.g. getting dressed) may attract additional charges of £10.
5 · Hygiene & allergies
  • Strict hygiene is maintained with sanitised tools and products.
  • Please disclose any skin conditions, allergies or sensitivities in advance.
  • Nicole's Glam is not liable for reactions that occur if not disclosed.
6 · Photography & social media
  • Nicole's Glam may take photos/videos for portfolio and social media, respecting client privacy.
  • Let us know beforehand if you do not want your photos shared.
  • Instagram reel transitions are not guaranteed and, if shared, are sent only after posting on our platform.
  • Nicole's Glam is not obligated to provide a photoshoot after your makeup; professional photos are an additional service.
7 · Client preparedness
  • Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
  • Groom brows and remove facial hair beforehand if desired, for the best finish.
  • Booking extra touch-up hours incurs additional charges.
